Finished the kona throwdown out of the money. No boats weighed a fish so Andy got his entry back. ( that’s a good tournament policy ). Had a great time and we had our chances, 3 hours left on day three had one in that 600-650 range eat the @koyalures808 bullet. Everything went a little too smooth, had her on for awhile. We all did everything right, tackle was on point, angler was kicking ass and fish was coming up from the deep to give us an early shot, but just as the gaff men got ready mysteriously she came unhooked & we watched big money swim away but that’s the game.
